Austin Pritchard, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. OBLPCT Licence # T2140
Over the past decade, as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have dedicated my career to supporting young people and their families as they navigate life's complexities, particularly during challenging times. My goal is to help youth discover themselves and find balance in their academic, social, family, and community lives. In recent years, I have supported schools, communities, and institutions that serve young people and their families along their journey.
With extensive experience in both public and private therapeutic and educational settings, I possess a strong understanding of the various challenges, changes, and dilemmas that individuals, families, and institutions encounter. I have engaged in observation and feedback, direct instruction, curriculum development, and programming focused on enhancing institutional culture. Additionally, I have spent several years as an individual and family therapist in private practice, medical clinics, hospital systems, and schools.
My work includes addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sexual assault education, mindfulness, communication skills, cultural competency, and workplace culture shifts.
I am committed to helping youth and their families, as well as organizations, navigate today’s pressing issues and form their identities, all while bringing warmth and a personal touch to often difficult conversations.
As a native Origonian, I love the outdoors. I spend my time on adventures with my family, listening to music, traveling, and watching sports.
