Every individual has a unique story, and each family has its own narrative about how they have arrived at their current circumstances. When working with clients, I adopt a systemic and strength-based approach that emphasizes the resilience found in these life stories. I believe in a collaborative process that involves multiple support systems, allowing us to explore the various dimensions of life, such as race, class, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, age, religion, family background, and access to resources. I draw on theoretical frameworks from narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and structural therapy.
I provide a range of services to support individuals, families, and communities.
