1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ExpireFlow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use ExpireFlow.

2. Description of Service

ExpireFlow is a personal item expiry, warranty, subscription, and deadline tracking application designed to help users organize and receive local reminder notifications for important dates, food items, documents, vehicle insurance, and general deadlines.

3. Account & Local Data Storage

• No Account Required: ExpireFlow does not require registration or account login.

• Local Storage: All tracked items, dates, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device's internal storage (Room database).

• User Responsibility: Because data is stored locally, uninstalling the App, clearing app data, or resetting your device will erase your tracked items unless you have manually exported your data to a CSV file. ExpireFlow is not responsible for local data loss.

4. Free Tier & ExpireFlow Pro Subscriptions

ExpireFlow operates on a Freemium model:

A. Free Tier

• Allows tracking of up to 15 active items at a time.

• Access to standard reminder options and basic widgets.

B. ExpireFlow Pro (Subscriptions & One-Time Pass)

Upgrading to ExpireFlow Pro unlocks unlimited item tracking, custom advance reminders (up to 180 days), CSV data export, and an ad-free experience.

1. Plans:

◦ Monthly Subscription: expireflow_pro_monthly (Auto-renewing monthly)

◦ Yearly Subscription: expireflow_pro_yearly (Auto-renewing yearly; includes a 7-Day Free Trial for eligible new subscribers)

◦ Lifetime Pass: expireflow_pro_lifetime (One-time purchase; lifetime non-recurring access)

2. Billing & Payments:

◦ All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

◦ Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Free Trial:

◦ If a 7-day free trial is offered, your Google Play Account will be charged for the subscription at the end of the 7-day trial period unless canceled prior.

4. Cancellation & Refunds:

◦ You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play Store Account Settings → Subscriptions.

◦ Refunds are governed by Google Play Store Refund Policies.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Reminder Assistance Only: ExpireFlow is designed as a personal organization and reminder assistant. While we strive for maximum notification reliability, notification delivery depends on device settings, operating system background execution policies, battery optimization modes, and notification permissions.

• No Legal Responsibility: ExpireFlow shall NOT be held liable for missed legal deadlines, expired passports, lapsed insurance policies, spoiled groceries, or financial losses resulting from unreceived or delayed reminders. Users remain fully responsible for verifying their own critical dates.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the ExpireFlow App—including branding, UI designs, icons, graphics, and codebase—remain the exclusive property of MFixify. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be reflected in this document and made available within the App or official link. Continued use of ExpireFlow constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
