Never miss what matters.
Effective Date: September 21, 2026
App Name: ExpireFlow
Package Name: com.mfixify.expireflow
ExpireFlow ("the App") is a productivity and expiry-date tracking application designed to help users track important dates, receive reminders, and manage their personal records.
We respect your privacy and have designed ExpireFlow with a privacy-first approach. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is stored, and what control you have over your data.
During onboarding, ExpireFlow may ask you to provide your name.
Your name is:
Stored locally on your device.
Not uploaded to our servers.
Not transmitted to us.
Not sold or shared with third parties.
You may voluntarily add information such as:
Item names
Categories
Expiry dates
Important dates
Notes
Subscription or recurring-date information
This information is stored locally on your Android device.
ExpireFlow uses a local Room database to store your app data.
Your data remains on your device and is protected by Android's application sandbox and the security mechanisms provided by the Android operating system.
ExpireFlow does not currently use a cloud database or user account system for storing your app data.
Your locally stored data generally remains available until you:
Delete individual records;
Use the "Clear All Data" option;
Clear the App's data through Android settings; or
Uninstall the App.
ExpireFlow is designed to operate offline.
We do not currently transmit your personal information or the information you enter into the App to our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
We also do not currently integrate analytics services such as Firebase Analytics or other usage-tracking systems.
ExpireFlow uses Android notification functionality to provide expiry and important-date reminders.
The App may request permission to send notifications using:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications are used only for the App's reminder functionality.
Depending on your device and Android version, ExpireFlow may also request access to schedule exact alarms using:
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM
This permission is used to help deliver reminders at the scheduled time, including when the device is idle.
ExpireFlow may use:
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
This permission allows the App to restore and reschedule relevant reminders after your Android device is restarted.
This permission is used for reminder functionality and does not give ExpireFlow access to your personal files or other unrelated information on your device.
ExpireFlow provides an option to export your stored information in CSV format.
When you use the export feature, the exported file is generated from the information stored locally in the App.
You are responsible for how you store, transfer, or share an exported CSV file after it has been created.
You have control over the information stored in ExpireFlow.
You can:
Delete individual items from the App; or
Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to permanently remove the App's stored data.
You may also remove the App's locally stored data through Android's application settings or uninstall the App.
Because ExpireFlow does not currently maintain a cloud copy of your app data, there is no separate server-side account from which your locally stored records need to be deleted.
ExpireFlow uses certain Android and Google technologies and libraries to provide its functionality, including:
Android Jetpack Compose
Android Room Database
Hilt
AndroidX Core SplashScreen
Google Play Review API
These technologies are used to provide application functionality.
ExpireFlow does not currently use third-party analytics to track your activity inside the App.
ExpireFlow may use the Google Play Review API to request that users provide feedback or a review for the App.
Any review submitted through Google Play is subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
ExpireFlow is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a remote server because the information entered into ExpireFlow is stored locally on the user's device.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through a mechanism associated with the App, please contact us so we can review the situation.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by ExpireFlow.
Because the App stores its data locally, the security of that information also depends on the security of your Android device, including your device lock, operating-system security, and physical access to the device.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, its features, or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published at the Privacy Policy URL associated with ExpireFlow.
The Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the current version became effective.
