These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Expense Tracker app by Zolux Solutions (“Expense Tracker,” the “App,” or the “Service”), operated by Zolux Solutions Private Limited (“Zolux Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Expense Tracker, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Expense Tracker is a personal financial organization and budgeting tool designed to help users manually record, organize, review, and understand their financial information.
Features may include:
Manual income tracking
Manual expense tracking
Transaction management
Expense categorization
Financial summaries
Spending analytics
Spending charts
Budget creation
Budget progress tracking
Savings goal management
Transaction search and filtering
Currency selection
CSV export
Notifications and reminders related to App functionality
Features may change, improve, be added, or be removed as the App develops.
Expense Tracker is not specifically designed for or directed to children under 13 years of age.
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required to lawfully use the App in your jurisdiction.
If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Expense Tracker only with the permission or supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
The current version of Expense Tracker does not require a user account or login to use its primary functionality.
Financial information entered into the App is currently stored locally on your device rather than being associated with an Expense Tracker cloud account.
You are responsible for information that you enter into Expense Tracker.
This may include:
Income
Expenses
Transaction amounts
Transaction descriptions
Merchant information
Categories
Budgets
Notes
Savings goals
Other financial records
You should ensure that information entered into the App is accurate if you intend to rely on it.
Expense Tracker processes calculations and summaries based on information provided by you.
Zolux Solutions does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or financial significance of information entered by users.
The current version of Expense Tracker stores primary financial information locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over your device and protecting access to your locally stored financial information.
Events that may potentially result in loss of locally stored information include:
Device loss
Device damage
Operating-system failure
Accidental deletion
App removal
Device reset
Corrupted storage
Software incompatibility
Other technical problems outside our reasonable control
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zolux Solutions is not responsible for loss of locally stored information caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
You should maintain appropriate copies or exports of information that is particularly important to you.
Expense Tracker provides functionality that allows you to clear or delete locally stored App data.
Deletion may be permanent.
Before deleting financial information, you are responsible for confirming that you no longer require the applicable records.
Data behavior after application removal, device restoration, or backup recovery may also depend on your operating system, device settings, backup configuration, and third-party backup services.
Expense Tracker may allow you to export certain financial records in CSV format.
You are responsible for deciding:
Where exported files are stored
Which applications can access them
Whether they are uploaded to cloud storage
Whether they are emailed or otherwise shared
Who receives access to them
Once information is exported outside Expense Tracker, it may be processed by third-party applications or services selected by you.
Zolux Solutions is not responsible for the security, availability, alteration, disclosure, or loss of exported information after it leaves the App.
If you enable notification permission, Expense Tracker may send App-related reminders or alerts.
You control notification permission through your device settings.
Notifications are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as guaranteed or time-critical financial reminders.
Notification delivery may be affected by device settings, battery restrictions, operating-system behavior, technical errors, or other circumstances outside our control.
Expense Tracker does not currently connect directly to your:
Bank
Credit-card provider
Debit-card provider
Financial institution
Brokerage account
Investment account
Payment account
Financial records are primarily entered manually by users.
Expense Tracker does not:
Hold funds
Transfer money
Execute bank transactions
Issue credit
Operate bank accounts
Provide banking services
Act as a financial institution
Expense Tracker is an informational, organizational, budgeting, and financial record-keeping tool.
Expense Tracker does not provide professional financial advice.
Nothing displayed, calculated, categorized, summarized, estimated, charted, or otherwise presented through the App should be considered:
Financial advice
Investment advice
Tax advice
Accounting advice
Legal advice
Banking advice
Credit advice
Insurance advice
Professional financial-planning advice
Budget calculations, financial summaries, spending charts, savings information, balances, and other outputs are based primarily on information entered by you.
Such information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or may not represent your entire financial situation.
You should not make significant financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional decisions solely on the basis of information displayed by Expense Tracker.
Where appropriate, consult a qualified professional who can consider your individual circumstances.
Zolux Solutions is not a bank, investment adviser, broker, accountant, tax adviser, financial planner, lender, insurer, or law firm.
Using Expense Tracker does not guarantee that you will:
Save money
Reduce expenses
Stay within a budget
Achieve savings goals
Improve your financial situation
Increase income
Obtain any particular financial result
Expense Tracker provides organizational and budgeting tools.
Your financial decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility.
We aim to provide useful and reliable functionality.
However, we do not guarantee that every calculation, chart, financial summary, categorization, balance, budget result, spending insight, or other output will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Results may be affected by:
Incorrect information entered by users
Incomplete information
Software errors
Rounding
Device configuration
Operating-system behavior
Application updates
Other technical factors
You should independently verify important financial information before relying on it.
Subject to these Terms, Zolux Solutions grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to download, install, access, and use Expense Tracker for lawful purposes.
You may use Expense Tracker only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and applicable app-store or platform requirements.
You may not:
Use Expense Tracker for unlawful purposes
Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive activities
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems associated with the App
Introduce malicious software or harmful code
Circumvent technical or security mechanisms
Misrepresent your relationship with Zolux Solutions
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Infringe privacy or other legal rights
Copy or redistribute the App without authorization
Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without authorization
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive source code from the App except where applicable law expressly permits such activity despite this restriction.
Expense Tracker and its original materials are owned by or licensed to Zolux Solutions Private Limited.
This may include:
Software
Interface design
Graphics
Branding
Logos
Text
Features
Layouts
Visual elements
Original content
These materials may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Your use of Expense Tracker does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
You retain applicable rights in the financial information and content you create or enter into Expense Tracker.
Zolux Solutions does not claim ownership of your personal financial records merely because they are entered into the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter, store, or export does not violate applicable laws or the rights of another person or organization.
Your use of Expense Tracker is also subject to the Privacy Policy for Expense Tracker app by Zolux Solutions.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, stored, and otherwise handled in connection with the App.
Expense Tracker may be distributed through third-party platforms, including:
Apple App Store
Google Play
Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, agreements, and privacy practices.
Third-party services you independently use to store, open, send, upload, or share exported files are also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
If you download Expense Tracker through the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
These Terms are between you and Zolux Solutions Private Limited concerning Expense Tracker.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory terms applicable to your use of Apple services.
If you download Expense Tracker through Google Play, your use of Google Play remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
These Terms are between you and Zolux Solutions Private Limited concerning Expense Tracker.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory Google Play requirements or applicable law.
We may periodically:
Modify features
Improve features
Add functionality
Remove functionality
Replace features
Suspend features
Discontinue certain features
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
We may release updates for Expense Tracker.
Certain updates may be necessary to maintain:
Compatibility
Security
Stability
Performance
Functionality
Failure to install available updates may cause certain features to stop working as intended.
We aim to keep Expense Tracker available and functional.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent, or error-free availability.
The App may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, device compatibility, platform changes, security issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expense Tracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Zolux Solutions disclaims warranties and representations that may legally be disclaimed, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or statutory right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zolux Solutions Private Limited and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Expense Tracker.
This may include, where legally permitted:
Loss of data
Loss of financial records
Lost profits
Lost opportunities
Business interruption
Financial decisions made using App information
Loss resulting from exported files
Loss resulting from device failure
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for:
The accuracy of information you enter
Your financial decisions
Protecting access to your device
Maintaining backups or exports you consider necessary
Securing CSV files after export
Configuring device permissions
Using the App lawfully
Following applicable app-store terms
Following applicable third-party terms
You may stop using Expense Tracker at any time and uninstall the App whenever you choose.
Zolux Solutions may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Expense Tracker where reasonably necessary because of unlawful use, misuse, violation of these Terms, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.
Expense Tracker is primarily intended for users in the United States and may also be available worldwide.
We do not represent that Expense Tracker is appropriate, permitted, or legally available in every jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with laws applicable to you.
These Terms and your use of Expense Tracker are subject to laws applicable to the parties, the Service, and the circumstances of the relevant use or dispute.
Any dispute may be handled by a court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
If the laws of your country, state, province, or territory provide mandatory consumer protections or rights that cannot legally be waived by contract, those protections and rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive users of legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
You agree to use Expense Tracker in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the App where doing so would violate binding legal restrictions applicable to you.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the App, applicable laws, platform requirements, technology, our practices, or operational requirements.
When these Terms are updated, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for material changes, we will provide it as required.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If Zolux Solutions does not enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular situation, that does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any mandatory terms imposed by the app store or platform through which you obtain Expense Tracker, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of the App.
This remains subject to any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
