  • Living rate is kinda high

District 3

  • Many quiet & nice coffee shops, spas and restaurants on Le Quy Don, Ngo Thoi Nhiem & Tu Xuong streets

  • Shopping street on Le Van Sy

  • “Hip” District with a lot of creative spaces

  • Less Western people, older area, well established, along the canal

District 4

Local cuisine with reasonable price

  • Triangular shaped island district between D1 and D7

  • HCM Museum at Saigon Riverside

  • Speed ferry terminal depart for Vung Tau, Can Gio & Cu Chi, check on https://greenlines-dp.com/en/

  • Cheap seafood area on Vinh Khanh street

  • River views and city views-especially along Ben Van Don

  • New apartments being developed due to proximity to both D1 and D7.

District 5

China Town in Saigon

  • West of D1

  • China town area with a lot of Markets, Cho Lon

  • Close to D1, a lot of traffic

  • Motorcycle repair shops and parts market

  • Exotic foods, spices

  • Many pagodas and Chinese people

  • Lantern street

  • Easy to buy decorations for New year & Moon festival or contact a Dragon dance agency

District 7

  • Phu My Hung New Urban Development Area

  • Less traffic, many expats, especially Korean

  • Crescent Mall / Vivo City Mall

  • RMIT International University

  • Korean Food & Nail Salons

  • American Fast Food Alley

  • Jogging and cycling

  • Many International Schools: SSIS, RISS, CIS, ABCIS, BVIS

Other Districts

  • Binh Thanh & Phu Nhuan are nearby with many local restaurants and markets, but often crowded

  • Thu Duc, Tan Binh & D9 have several golf courts

  • Many temples, churches & pagodas in each area

  • Other districts such as D6, D8, Nha Be, D10, D11, D12, Binh Tan, Go Vap are waiting for your adventures.
