Exit Call Terms of Use
Effective date: September 29, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Exit Call application (“Exit Call,” “the app”), provided by Qenlix Studio.
Exit Call is a utility that creates simulated incoming-call experiences and related tools. By downloading, accessing, or using Exit Call, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
ACCEPTANCE AND SERVICE
Exit Call provides simulated incoming-call screens, caller profiles, scripts, audio, scheduling, customization, widgets, and related features.
Your use of Exit Call is subject to these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
SIMULATED-CALL DISCLOSURE
Exit Call creates simulated calls for personal convenience and entertainment purposes.
Exit Call does not place or receive a real telephone call and does not connect you to another person through the simulated-call feature.
Caller identities, names, phone numbers, images, scripts, voices, recordings, and call events displayed by Exit Call may be simulated, built into the app, selected by the user, or created by the user.
Users should not represent a simulated Exit Call call as a genuine communication when doing so would be unlawful or harmful.
PERMITTED PERSONAL USE
You may use Exit Call for lawful personal purposes.
Examples include using a simulated incoming call as a discreet reason to step away from an awkward, uncomfortable, unwanted, or inconvenient situation.
You may also use the app's customization, scheduling, script, recording, voice, widget, and related features for lawful personal purposes.
You are responsible for deciding whether using a simulated call is appropriate in a particular situation.
PROHIBITED USES
You must not use Exit Call for unlawful or harmful purposes.
This includes using Exit Call for:
• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking
• Harmful or malicious deception
• Unauthorized impersonation of another person
• Misleading law enforcement, emergency personnel, courts, government authorities, employers, financial institutions, or other organizations where doing so would be unlawful
• Illegal recording or surveillance
• Violating another person's privacy
• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights
• Evading legal obligations or lawful duties
• Creating, importing, sharing, or using unlawful content
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law
Do not use the identity, photograph, voice, phone number, recording, or other personal information of another person without any permission or legal authority required for your intended use.
NO EMERGENCY OR PERSONAL-SAFETY SERVICE
Exit Call is not an emergency communication, emergency response, personal-safety, security, medical, or law-enforcement service.
A simulated call should not be relied upon to protect you or another person from danger.
Exit Call is not a replacement for emergency services, police, medical care, trusted contacts, legal assistance, security services, or other appropriate professional assistance.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority available in your location.
DEVICE AND PERMISSION LIMITATIONS
Exit Call depends on Android, your device manufacturer, device configuration, available system services, permissions, and other technical conditions.
Functionality may be affected by factors including:
• Android version
• Device manufacturer restrictions
• Notification permissions
• Full-screen notification settings
• Overlay permissions
• Exact-alarm access
• Battery optimization
• Background-execution restrictions
• Lock-screen settings
• Do Not Disturb or sound settings
• Text-to-speech availability
• Microphone permissions
• Internet connectivity for features that require it
• Other device or operating-system restrictions
Scheduled, immediate, widget-triggered, or other simulated calls may occasionally be delayed, silenced, hidden, interrupted, or blocked by Android or the device.
Exit Call does not guarantee that a simulated call will appear or operate at a particular time or in every situation.
YOUR CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You retain any rights you have in original content that you create or provide to Exit Call, including recordings, scripts, photographs, images, audio, and imported files.
You are responsible for the content you create, import, record, select, export, or share through Exit Call.
You are also responsible for obtaining any permissions, licenses, intellectual-property rights, privacy permissions, recording consents, or other authorization required by applicable law before using another person's content or information.
Qenlix Studio does not obtain ownership of your original user-created content merely because you use it locally with Exit Call.
IMPORTING, EXPORTING AND SHARING
Exit Call may allow supported content to be imported, exported, or shared using Android or other applications installed on your device.
You are responsible for choosing where exported or shared content is sent.
Once content is shared with another application, person, service, or location, its handling may be governed by that recipient's terms and privacy practices.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain Exit Call functionality may depend on third-party services or software provided by Android, Google, device manufacturers, text-to-speech providers, advertising providers, or other service providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements, and technical limitations.
Qenlix Studio does not control the operation or availability of independent third-party services.
ADVERTISING
Exit Call may display advertising, including banner and interstitial advertisements provided through Google Mobile Ads.
Advertising availability, format, frequency, and content may vary.
Information about data processing associated with advertising is provided in the Exit Call Privacy Policy.
APP AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Qenlix Studio may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Exit Call as the app develops.
Updates may also be necessary because of Android changes, device requirements, security considerations, third-party service changes, legal requirements, or compatibility issues.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or work on every Android device.
DISCLAIMER
Exit Call is provided on an “as available” basis.
While Qenlix Studio aims to provide a reliable application, we do not guarantee that Exit Call will always operate without interruption, delay, incompatibility, or error.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qenlix Studio is not responsible for failures caused by device restrictions, Android behavior, third-party services, denied permissions, network conditions, device settings, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
PRIVACY
Your use of Exit Call is also subject to the Exit Call Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how locally stored information, permissions, advertising services, and other data-related functionality are handled.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Qenlix Studio may update these Terms when Exit Call's functionality, legal requirements, third-party services, or business practices change.
When material changes are made, the effective date will be updated and the revised Terms will be made available through the app or official Exit Call legal information.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that apply under the laws of the user's location.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
Translations of these Terms may be provided for convenience. Where applicable, mandatory local law remains controlling.
