Exit Call Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
Qenlix Studio provides the Exit Call application (“Exit Call,” “the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Exit Call. Most content you create or select in Exit Call is stored locally on your device. Certain third-party services, such as Google Mobile Ads, may process limited technical information as described below.
INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY
Exit Call stores app settings and user-created content locally on your device.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
• Caller names and phone numbers
• Caller profile images or local image references
• Call scripts
• Voice recordings
• Voice and text-to-speech settings
• Saved call configurations
• Scheduled-call information
• Selected call themes and images
• Ringtone selections
• Widget settings
• Quick-access preferences
Exit Call does not provide a user account system in the current release.
MICROPHONE AND RECORDINGS
Exit Call may request microphone permission when you choose to record script audio or use features that require voice-activity or silence detection.
Recordings created within Exit Call are stored locally in the app's storage area.
Exit Call does not upload your recordings to Qenlix Studio's servers in the current release.
You can deny microphone permission through Android settings, although features that require microphone access may then be unavailable.
CONTACTS, PHOTOS AND AUDIO FILES
With your permission, Exit Call can access your contacts so that you can copy a contact's display name and phone number into a caller profile.
Exit Call does not copy contact photos through the contact picker in the current release.
You may separately choose photos, images, backgrounds, audio files, or other supported content from your device using Android's system pickers.
Selected content may be copied into app storage or referenced through a local path so that Exit Call can use it.
Exit Call does not upload this selected content to Qenlix Studio's servers as part of normal app operation.
ANDROID PERMISSIONS
Exit Call requests Android permissions when they are needed for supported functionality.
Depending on your device and Android version, these permissions may include access required for:
• Contacts
• Microphone and audio recording
• Notifications
• Scheduled alarms
• Foreground services
• Full-screen call presentation
• Displaying simulated calls over other apps where permitted
• Vibration
• Wake-lock functionality
• Internet connectivity
Internet access is used for functions including Google Mobile Ads and downloading available voice-pack application content.
Android system settings allow you to review or revoke applicable permissions. Some Exit Call features may not work correctly if their required permissions are denied.
SCHEDULES, NOTIFICATIONS AND WIDGETS
Scheduled-call times, caller display information, and related launch settings are stored locally and may be provided to Android system components when needed to operate alarms, notifications, full-screen or overlay presentation, and widgets.
Depending on your settings and Android configuration, caller information may appear on notification surfaces or your device's lock screen.
TEXT-TO-SPEECH
Exit Call can use a text-to-speech (TTS) engine installed or available on your device to speak call-script text.
Depending on the TTS engine you select and its settings, speech processing may occur locally on your device or may be processed by the TTS provider.
Exit Call does not control the privacy or data-handling practices of third-party TTS providers. You should review the policies of your selected TTS provider if you have questions about its processing.
IMPORTED, EXPORTED AND SHARED CONTENT
Exit Call may allow you to import supported content such as voice packs containing script text, timing information, or recorded audio.
Imported content is stored locally for use by the app.
When you intentionally export or share content using Android's sharing features, that content is sent to the destination or application you select. Copies you export or share may remain with that destination and are subject to its privacy practices.
VOICE-PACK DOWNLOADS
Exit Call may download available built-in voice-pack application content from exit-call.web.app using an internet connection.
These downloads provide application content to your device. They are not uploads of your caller profiles, scripts, recordings, photos, contacts, or other user-created content.
ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Exit Call uses Google Mobile Ads to provide advertising, including banner and interstitial advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain technical information for purposes such as advertising, analytics or ad measurement, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Depending on your device, configuration, and applicable Google services, this information may include:
• IP address, which may be used to estimate the device's general or approximate location
• App and advertisement interactions
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Device and advertising identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID
• Related technical or network information
Exit Call does not request your precise GPS location for advertising.
Google handles information processed through Google Mobile Ads according to Google's applicable privacy policies and advertising practices.
DISCLOSURE AND OFF-DEVICE PROCESSING
Qenlix Studio does not provide a general user-content upload service in the current release.
During normal use, Exit Call does not upload your caller profiles, scripts, voice recordings, selected photos, imported files, or contact information to Qenlix Studio's servers.
However, Google Mobile Ads may process the technical and advertising-related information described above off-device.
Content may also leave Exit Call when:
• You intentionally export or share it through Android
• A TTS provider processes text externally, depending on the TTS engine you choose
• A third-party service performs processing necessary for functionality you choose to use
RETENTION AND DELETION
Locally stored Exit Call content generally remains on your device until you delete it using available app or device controls, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to Android's behavior.
Files that you intentionally export or share may remain in the location or third-party service where you saved or shared them.
Android backup functionality may also affect copies of app data depending on your device and system settings.
Exit Call does not currently provide user accounts.
