About the Author

Jared Stephens Jay, PhD, is a physicist by title, a data scientist by trade, and a philosopher at heart. From a young age, Jared had an insatiable curiosity and a keen interest in finding the answers to the deepest mysteries. His favorite hobby was rigorously proving the validity of the mathematical equations he was taught in school. In pursuit of knowledge, he completed a double major in physics and mathematics at Brigham Young University. He later earned a Masters Degree and a PhD in Physics from the University of California, Davis, carrying out research in high-energy nuclear and particle physics. His research into the origin of existence was one of several personal philosophical endeavors. His solution to the problem of existence was first published in the book Existence Solved: The Origin of the Universe and the Laws of Physics in 2024.
