You will get the most benefit if you are able to attend the full weekend - please plan to stay for all (or most) of the weekend. We know that sometimes we get delayed or need to leave early.
This retreat is to spend time recovering and being cared for, leaving you replenished and refreshed. All aspects of this weekend were planned with this mindset - lifting rather than adding burden.
I am not comfortable with any activities that require people to share personal, and/or emotionally-sensitive information. While your own experiences, introspection and spirituality can influence how you process and engage, no activities or treatments will request this. All workshops were designed with some combination of the following aspects in mind: practical, tactile, grounding, and creative.
Food provided include breakfast buffets, casual lunches, and gourmet, nourishing, professionally made dinners. An assortment of snacks will be provided. Participants are asked about allergies and dietary needs to inform these offerings.
No. You are coming to care for yourself. You are welcome to join in as many or as few of the scheduled activities as you like. You can spend your time as you please. The only items that you are asked to commit to are appointments that you make with the private treatment providers.
The property is fairly flat, and all cottage spaces are on the ground floor, however, there is some uneven terrain and 1-2 steps to access most buildings. Access to the water is downhill with natural rock and vegetation. While the facility would likely accomodate people with some mobility limitations, it would not be suitable for people with more significant mobility restrictions.

No, I am an individual who attended other retreats and really enjoyed them, and decided to design one of my own and share it with you. This is not a profit-making venture. All payments for the weekend will go toward splitting the costs of food, supplies, and workshops offered.

The cost is $595 per person. The only thing that you may choose to pay for in addition is a private treatment with one of the service providers.
In order to secure your booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit) is due at time of booking. The balance ($495) is due on or before April 30, 2026. Your space will only be reserved once payment is received.
