About me: Bernard Pfister
With over 30 years of experience in education and training across various institutions globally, I am a qualified teacher/trainer holding a Master of Education degree and teaching diplomas. Additionally, I have successfully passed Microsoft Specialist exams in Excel and Access, solidifying my expertise in the field.
Location:
Based in New Plymouth, Taranaki, I am a member of the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce.
Besides doing training on-site, I also run workshops in the Chamber's modern, fully equipped training room on a variety of Excel and other topics.
Mission:
My aim is to provide affordable, customised training for businesses throughout Taranaki and beyond.
Over the past 5 years I have worked with over 150 Taranaki businesses helping to train some of their staff!
On-site business training:
For the convenience of local businesses, existing workshops can be adapted or new ones created. I offer flexible options for one-on-one training or small groups, either at your premises or through online platforms. Workshops are offered in Excel, Word, Outlook, AI Chatbots (Chat GTP, Copilot & others, Google Workspace: Drive, Sheets & Docs.
A free initial visit can be arranged to assess your staff needs and skill levels before designing a custom workshop. All workshops come with detailed notes and email follow-up help.
