Terms of Service

I am selling finished models only. I am not taking commissions on a general basis, however if we have a good history, I am agreeable to work together on something new.


By purchasing, you as the buyer receive an STL and OBJ copy of your model, alongside the exclusive rights to use that model for creating toys. You also have the right to modify your model (for example, but not exclusive to: putting a logo somewhere on your toys). The names I’ve given the models are just file names on my end, so please change them to fit into your lineup. You do not have permission to resell/redistribute the model in question. In the case of shop closure, please just keep me in the loop - I'm likely to just approve selling of the model to another shop regardless, but hey, maybe I want to hoard my design back again in the case we get Uberrime Midwest going :)

Payment is to be completed prior to transfer of files/rights. All prices are in USD. I go through PayPal. I would prefer to send an invoice to you, but you can also send payment if you want. I cannot accept F&F as my account is a business account. I do have a personal account as well, but that is a conversation for close folks.


I would like, but do not expect a physical copy of the toy. Functionally I will require your smallest or second smallest rendition, and colors are of no concern.

Please credit me somewhere in your copy, whether on the model page or on social media. “Kat” is perfectly fine, and my bsky @excelddesigns (also twitter, but move out from the hellsite please) 

My designs are intended for fantasy/indie shops that exclusively use platinum silicone and up-to-date methodology. I have the right to refuse sales to any shop - I don't foresee this happening often, possibly at all, but I have been around long enough to know there are Circumstances.
