ExamPrep respects your right to control your personal data. If you'd like to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below.
1. Send an email to radhakumaribola@gmail.com from the email address linked to your ExamPrep account (the one you used to sign in with Google).
2. Use the subject line: "ExamPrep Account Deletion Request"
3. Include your registered email address and, if possible, your name as shown in the app.
We will process your request and confirm by email once your account and associated data have been deleted, typically within 7 business days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- Your test attempts, scores, and progress history
- Your bookmarked questions and practice history
- Your push notification token
- Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics that cannot be tied back to your individual identity (used only for understanding overall app usage trends)
- Crash/diagnostic logs that do not contain personally identifiable information, retained for a limited period for debugging purposes
Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and you will need to create a new account to use ExamPrep again.
