Create a community-wide EV vision 

Adopt a preference-policy for EVs in the municipal fleet

Develop goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based surrounding EV actions

Track progress towards goals and make public on an annual basis

Support DCFCs in communities that could further expand travel corridors

Identify locations and frequency of charging infrastructure placement

Encourage EV charging providers to power EV charging stations with a renewable energy source 

Include mobility hubs that support micro-mobility transportation options

Identify which, if any charging infrastructure installation scenarios may necessitate traffic studies to address changes in traffic flow or volume

Acknowledgement of the future EV market and/or include community-wide EV vision

Promote co-benefits (public health, noise reduction, pollution reduction)
