We are looking for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the group, for a joint sponsored project with Harvard Medical School. Potential candidates are expected to have prior working experience in projects at the interface of Biophysics and Systems Biology. The research program will involve preparing scientific reports and peer-reviewed articles, focusing on systems biophysics investigations of data generated by Harvard and MIT cores, particularly in RNA and metabolic profiling. The role includes providing scientific support for corresponding meta-analyses utilizing key clinical and research databases such as TCGA, cBioPortal, and the Human Proteome Atlas.

Interviews will be scheduled between May 21st and 25th with a program start date of July 1st 2025.

Eligibility: Ph.D. (awarded, not earlier than 2021/thesis submitted).

Essentials: Experience in handling omics data and results from biophysical studies.
