Oversaw marketing and communication for the world's second-largest human resource association conference in Long Beach, California working with a budget of 300k. Project development oversight included animations, advertising, brand, content, commercials, design, e-mails, engagement, marketing, media, program, publicity, and social campaigns. Enhanced workflow through cloud-based workflow implementation between many teams that included the Executive Director, board of directors, creative agencies, and conference center staff. Managed processes and procedures for production workflows to ensure streamlined delivery of communications products across the country. Created and enforced brand manual and policies to ensure consistent messaging across 17 districts and university affiliates.
