Thank you for your interest in joining EVMUN! All members (new and returning) must fill out this form once a year in order to participate in club activities, especially conferences.
1. Print out the form below and fill it out according to the directions (please don't staple!).
2. Turn it in to the officers at the next meeting or practice.

Active Member Requirements
In order to be recognized as an active member of the club, members must complete the registration form AND one of the following:
Members must attend at least 3 meetings a semester, ORMembers must attend 1 conference a semester, ORMembers must attend 2 conferences total.
Please check with an officer or Ms. Fehrenbach for current requirements.
