A new GTA V and GTA Online update released on all platforms at the end of February. Rockstar Games pushed the update to the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC versions of the game. This includes the Rockstar Launcher, Steam and Epic Games variants of the title.
In terms of download size, it is not too big coming in at around 1GB depending which platform you are on. The build IDs are as follows:
PS5 & Xbox Series X|S – 1.0.347.2
PS4 & X1 – 1.0.2843.0
PC – 1.0.2845.0
This update follows the security focused update Rockstar released in early February to address the GTA Online exploit that hackers were using to ban and corrupt your character data. This exploit was only on the PC version of the game but those security improvements have now been added to the consoles.
