1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging in notary, live scan, or document services with Everyone Live Scan & Notary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional notarial services, including but not limited to:

• Notary Public

• Apostille Processing

• Power of Attorney

• Wills & Trusts Notarization

• Contract and Deed Notarization

• Property Registration Notarization

• Live Scan Fingerprinting

All services are provided in accordance with California state laws and the guidelines of the Secretary of State.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Bringing valid, government-issued photo identification for all notarization services.

• Reviewing your documents prior to signing—we do not provide legal advice or document preparation.

• Arriving on time for your scheduled appointment.

• Paying the agreed-upon service fee at the time of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if identification cannot be verified or if any part of the document appears fraudulent or incomplete.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are recommended but not always required. For scheduled services:

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your slot may be offered to another client.

• We request at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-zhows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments. Prices for services are clearly communicated beforehand; however, additional charges may apply for complex documents, mobile notary services, or rush apostille requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

Everyone Live Scan & Notary is not liable for:

• Legal consequences arising from the content or use of your documents.

• Delays caused by third-party agencies (e.g., apostille processing by the California Secretary of State).

• Technical errors beyond our control on our website or in online form submissions.

Our role is strictly to verify identity, witness signatures, and complete required notarial acts in accordance with the law.

7. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, pricing, or policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, graphics, and service descriptions—is the property of Everyone Live Scan & Notary and may not be reproduced without permission.
