Subscriptions and credits. Everygen Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) that includes credits each period; credits refill every week (weekly plan) or every month (yearly plan). Each creation shows its credit price before you generate. Failed or blocked creations are refunded automatically.
Restore purchases. Open Settings (gear icon on Home) › Credits & plan › Restore Purchases.
Cancel or manage your subscription. iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Everygen, or from the app: Settings › Credits & plan › Manage Subscription.
Report a creation. Open the creation and tap Report, or email us with its details. We review reports within 24 hours.
Delete your data. Delete creations in the Library; deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To delete server-side records, email us.
