This policy explains what data the Everygen: AI Video Generator app ("Everygen", "the app", "we") handles, why, and what choices you have. Contact: rihabe377@gmail.com
No sign-in, no name, no email address, no contacts, no precise location.
No advertising and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
Your prompts and the files you upload are used only to create the result you asked for.
Your creations are saved on your device. Files on our server are deleted within 7 days.
1. Your prompts, scripts and uploads. When you generate something, the app sends your prompt (or voiceover script) and any photo, video or audio clip you upload to our server, which passes them to fal.ai. fal.ai runs the AI model you selected, made by its provider: Google (Veo, Gemini, Nano Banana), ByteDance (Seedance), Kuaishou (Kling), MiniMax, xAI (Grok Imagine), OpenAI (GPT Image) or ElevenLabs (AI voices). They process your content to produce your result under their own terms and privacy policies. Before your first generation, the app asks for your consent to this. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
2. Your results. The finished image, video or audio is stored on our server so the app can download it, then deleted within 7 days. The app keeps your creations in its library on your device until you delete them.
3. An anonymous account ID. On first launch the app creates a random identifier and keeps it in your device's keychain (it may sync to your other devices through iCloud Keychain). It holds your credit balance and purchases. It is not linked to your name, email or Apple ID on our side.
4. Purchases. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. When you buy a subscription, the app sends us Apple's signed transaction record (product, dates and transaction identifiers) so we can add your credits, and Apple notifies us of renewals, refunds and cancellations.
5. Paywall provider. The app uses Superwall to show subscription offers. Superwall receives your subscription status, purchase events, which offers you viewed, basic device information (model, system version, language and region), an anonymous identifier and an approximate location derived from your IP address, and uses them to display and measure offers. 6. Safety screening. Prompts are checked automatically before generation to block content that is not allowed (for example sexual content or content involving minors). Blocked requests are not sent to any AI provider.
7. Server logs and abuse prevention. Our server logs the type of request, the result and how long it took, without the content of your prompts or files. IP addresses are used briefly to limit abuse and are kept for no more than one hour.
8. Reports and support. If you report a creation or contact us, we receive what you send us by email (such as your message, the item's ID and your email address) and use it only to respond.
We don't show ads, sell or share personal data for advertising, track you across other apps or websites, or ask for access to your contacts, camera roll (beyond the files you choose to upload) or precise location. The app asks for permission only to save creations to your Photos when you tap Save.
Our server runs on Cloudflare's global network. fal.ai and the model providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We rely on their contractual and legal safeguards for these transfers.
Uploads and results on our server: deleted within 7 days.
Prompts: not stored on our server after your request is processed.
Credit balance and purchase records: kept while your account ID is in use, and as long as needed for refunds, accounting and legal obligations.
Creations on your device: until you delete them or the app.
You can delete any creation in the app, and deleting the app removes its local data. You may ask us to access or delete the server data linked to your account ID, or exercise other rights you have under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, by emailing rihabe377@gmail.com. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the related server data.
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
