Terms of Service for Everstone SMP

By accessing or playing on Everstone SMP (“the Server”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Server.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining Everstone SMP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Terms, along with our Rules and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must follow Minecraft’s and Discord’s Terms of Service.
  
  

• You are responsible for your own account security.
  
  

• Everstone SMP is not responsible for accounts compromised due to user negligence.
  
  

3. Server Access

• Access to the Server is provided “as is” and may be changed, limited, or removed at any time.
  
  

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or data permanence.
  
  

• The Server may be shut down, reset, or modified without notice.
  
  

4. Rules & Enforcement

• All players must follow the Everstone SMP Rules.
  
  

• Staff have the authority to enforce rules at their discretion.
  
  

• Punishments may include warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
  
  

• Attempts to bypass punishments will result in harsher penalties.
  
  

5. Player Data

• We collect and process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  
  

• By playing on the Server, you consent to this data collection.
  
  

• We are not responsible for data loss due to crashes, bugs, or third-party services.
  
  

6. Virtual Items & Economy

• All in-game items, currency, and progress have no real-world value.
  
  

• We are not responsible for the loss of items, builds, or progress.
  
  

• Trades and interactions are the responsibility of the players involved.
  
  

7. Purchases & Donations

• Donations or purchases (if offered) are voluntary and non-refundable.
  
  

• Donating does not guarantee special treatment or immunity from rules.
  
  

• Any perks provided may be changed or removed at any time.
  
  

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or disrupt the Server
  
  

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  
  

• Impersonate staff or other players
  
  

• Use the Server for illegal activities
  
  

9. Third-Party Services

Everstone SMP may integrate third-party services (such as hosting providers, plugins, or Discord). We are not responsible for issues caused by these services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Everstone SMP, its owners, and staff are not liable for:

• Loss of items, builds, or progress
  
  

• Damages resulting from use of the Server
  
  

Use of the Server is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Server at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Everstone SMP after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
