Brethren:

As you know, in 2026 we have switched meeting times. Our Elders Quorum responsibilities are now garbage removal from the various rooms in the Stake Center after church Sunday meetings at 1:30pm.

We are assigning ministering companionships to help in the garbage.  There are enough that each team will be responsible for two weeks.  Please coordinate with your assigned companion.  If one companion will not be available the assigned weeks, the available companion should find someone to assist as needed.  If neither companion will be available, please try to swap with another team and let me know about the change. 

Experience says the best way to do this is to take the large rolling trash can from the janitors closet and make the circuit around the building.  Feel free to use another rolling large trash can from the kitchen and split the building into two routes if convenient.  We need to get each classroom, the halls, kitchen, and the restrooms.  Get the Bishop and clerk offices if accessible.  Empty each small trash can into the large can.  If the small can liner is messy, replace it with a new one from the rolls in the large can pockets.   Take the big trash bags out to the dumpster and replace.
