Looking for new Outreach/Business members!
During the summer, our team met almost four times a week for five to seven hours each time. We balanced fun, work, and learning.
As part of our learning process, we focused on learning Java. After observing many robots and reaching out to other teams, we realized that most did not use blocks—instead, they relied on Java. Seeing their robots perform exceptionally well, we decided to adopt Java as well, recognizing it as an important skill for the future. Our software team worked hard to master Java and developed simple programs using the Centerstage game. We successfully created a basic teleop and a time-based autonomous mode.
Our hardware team, on the other hand, dedicated countless hours to mastering CAD and 3D design. We spent time learning advanced modeling techniques, refining our designs, and ensuring every part was optimized for our robot. Through trial and error, we improved our skills, creating detailed and precise components that enhanced our robot’s performance. Our commitment to perfecting our designs pushed us to work tirelessly, experimenting with different iterations and constantly improving our approach
