Lawn Care service, how we do it and what you can expect:
We take before and after photos of the property and do a quick walk around to make note of any pre-existing issues like, broken or chipped hard surfaces, fence and gate parts, messed up sprinkler heads, ac pads or lines, you get the idea, we don't want to be blamed for someone else's mistakes.
2. Mowing with a lightweight professional grade mower that won’t tear up your yard.
3. Line trimming all the areas on the property including fences, around posts, trees, and curbs
4. Edging the sidewalks, driveways, and curbs with a metal blade edger or string trimmer
5. Blowing all grass clippings off the hard surfaces.
6. Making sure gates are closed.
Some other things to note during service: If we are servicing your property and notice an empty trash can that needs to be brought back up to the house from the road then we are going to move it. We pick up kids toys before we mow and place them on the porch or near the door. We refill your dogs' water bowl if we notice that's its empty. These are the little extras that set us apart, and it’s just normal day to day activities for us.

The price you pay is determined by the square footage of the turf on the property and the level of difficulty to work around. We don’t just upcharge if you live in a fancy neighborhood. The price is the price, and it’s fair across the board.
We measure the amount of turf area that is to be cut known as the "square foot" coupled with how many obstacles we will have to work around like the number of trees, flowerbeds, little gardens, playsets, trampolines, pet areas, furniture, trash, you name it we've seen it.
It takes time to work around those things, and If we have to work on a slope or if your gate is smaller than 30 inches in width, we will have to push mow or use a trimmer in tight areas, these are just a few of the things most folks overlook.
The pricing will vary but to get an idea here is what you can expect for the basic Edging, Mowing, Trimming and Blowing debris off the hard surfaces: Remember, on weeks that the lawn may not require mowing we can still provide a service like adding "weed and feed", bug control, leaf cleanup, or a quick trimming of bushes, weeding beds, etc..
