Once signed in, please scroll to the bottom of the page and select, "View." This will bring up a "View Early Alerts" menu.
You have the option to view all alerts submitted for a particular term, or by searching for an individual Student ID. For this tutorial, we have demonstrated a term view.
You will now be able to view all the alerts you have submitted for the term you selected.
When you select a student, their alert details will populate in the, "Alert Detail" section.
Here you can view whether or not the alert has been satisfied.
If your student has a "Talk To The Instructor" alert, you can mark it as "Satisfied."
Just expand the "Talk To The Instructor" section, add an optional comment, select the "Yes" radio button, and click "Save."
Viola! You have now marked the students alert as satisfied!
Please view each drop down below for more details on how alerts are marked as, "Satisfied."
Counseling alerts are marked as, "Satisfied" when a student attends a counseling appointment on campus.

Tutoring alerts are marked as, "Satisfied" when a student checks in at one of the Campus Tutoring Center locations.

First Stop Center alerts are marked as, "Satisfied" when a student checks in at the First Stop Center.

Only the instructor that submitted the alert can mark these types of alert as, "Satisfied."
Here are the types of alerts that flag for Talk To The Instructor:
Talk to Instructor
Attendance (Absences or Tardy)
Disruptive Behavior
Missing/Late Assignments
There are some types of alerts that cannot be marked as satisfied, as they do not require follow up services or a referral.
Alerts that do not flag for a referral:
Current Grades: A, B, C or Pass
All Kudos
It's important to know that these alerts will always state "No" under Satisfied.
