Literary Management/ Dramaturgy intern 

I was honored to have been Raven Theatre's Literary Management/ Dramaturgy Intern in the winter of 2025.

 In this internship, I learned how to manage and organize a literary database, and how to field new script submissions that come into Raven. I wrote a good number of script reports, reading submissions from across the board. I read old plays, new place, avant-garde plays, realistic plays-- this position expanded my skills in script analysis and sharpened my dramaturgical eye.

 Along with database management, I aided dramaturg Caroline Uy in some of their research for the world premiere of Gorgeous by Keiko Green. I also aided artistic director and dramaturg Sarah Slight in some of her Raven endeavors. 

This internship strengthened my skills in script analysis,  organization, script-report writing, technical writing, communication, research,  cataloging, database management and using Microsoft Office.
