Strange Messages in the ADOM Executable

Introduction

Many ADOM players like scanning the executable file for interesting stuff. This page is a repository for obscure messages from the executable and how to get them. Please note that for a message to appear on this page, it must fulfill the following criteria:

• It must be obscure, not a message that everyone gets regularly or one that it's obvious how to get. I've also left out some messages that look as though they are normal messages modified for blind or deaf characters.
• I must have a convincing explanation of how to get it. Everyone knows that there are two messages about the Red Rooster Inn, but no-one knows how to get there.
• It must not be a message associated with chatting or eating corpses. There are a huge number of this type of message, and perhaps they should be listed in separate spoilers.
• It must not be a message that will only appear if there's a bug in the game, since such messages will be hard to obtain.
