Problem: A non-profit organization requested a course designed to help incoming refugees to Canada develop workplace skills. This course specifically focuses on enhancing presentation skills.
Solution: An e-Learning course that outlines steps to develop essential presentation skills, techniques for addressing various audiences, and strategies for overcoming presentation fears. Additionally, per the client's request, a participant guide has been included, enabling learners to make annotations as they progress through the course.Â

Incident Response & Reporting
Problem: Employees need to identify cyber security incidents, respond to the risk quickly and efficiently, and help prevent future attacks.
Solution: An e-Learning course that identifies common cyber security risks, along with a process in reporting a cyber security incident.

Workplace Safety & Security
Problem: Increase in potentially dangerous situations onsite leading to work safety and security concerns.
Solution: An e-Learning course that identifies signs for escalating situations, methods to defuse the situations, and techniques to stay safe in the workplace.
