What I love about instructional design is that it isn't confined to a single format.  I can cater to various learning styles and preferences.  The flexibility in structuring courses allows me the ability to experiment with different mediums, technologies, and methodologies, fostering innovation.  

I thrive on the challenge of crafting solutions that demand creative thinking to present information in ways that are accessible, engaging, and effective.

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and meeting new people, spending time with family and friends, hanging out at the beach - my happy place, reading a good book, and learning to bake.
