Critical Actions of an Achiever Teacher
We learn. Learning never stops because it is essential to our existence. Evangelical Achievers' Academy has different ways of teaching children because we believe by educating them the practical living skills could help them have a foundation in real-life situational matters. They will learn how to oversee the practical life activities in everyday life, and through real experiences, it will give them a sense of belonging and prepare them for the change whatever this competitive world may have.
We listen. Before we judge, we listen. We listen to extend empathy and build a good relationship with a child. There is always a healing power in listening and it always works in all levels of individuals including a child. For us to establish a stronger and real relationship with a child, or even with others, we always place a benevolent heart that listens in front of them so that they will find comfort and peace in our presence.
We form characters. We believe that shaping a child in the aspect of education and their personality will give an effect on the community. The cultural facet of a child starts with the family and the community, and we as a school community, help the child mold into the person they will become. We equip them in all corners of their lives to prepare them to face the competitive world and form them into independent individuals that will give them the security to know the path they are going in the future.
