Roller Chain

Challenge Objective - 3D model a roller chain link of your own design and print a series of five links without print supports. When completed, the link should move as a roller-type chain.

What it looked like in the sclicer

This is the complete test clip which definitely needed some adjustments in solid works. In solid works I was able to make the chain wider so the pieces weren't melted together.

Back in solid works I made a top piece where you can hold the chain and put it on the wall if needed. I put my name and my initials on the chain as well. In solid works I made the joins bigger and wider so it wouldn't melt together like it would in the test print. After fixing it in solid works and then printing it again it was fixed and was a useable roller chain.
