Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. There are no accounts and no sign-in. The app works fully offline.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Every feature works offline except the optional AI features, which need an internet connection.
How do the AI features handle my data?
AI is optional. When you run an AI action, only the text you submit for that action is sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Nothing else leaves your device, and every AI result is shown to you to review and edit before it is saved.
Where is my data stored?
All of your data is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded to us.
How do I back up my data or move to a new device?
Open Settings, then Data, then Export Backup to save a backup file. On the new device, use Restore and choose your backup file.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open the upgrade screen or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Employee Evaluation Manager, and cancel there.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings, then Data, then Erase All to remove everything in the app. Deleting the app from your device also removes its stored data.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17.0 or later.
