Employee Evaluation Manager (EvalManager) is built to keep your team's information private. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
Summary
We do not collect your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers operated by us. Everything you enter lives only on your device.
Information we collect
None. The app does not require an account, does not ask you to sign in, and does not transmit your records to us. We have no way to see, access, or identify your data.
Information you create and where it is stored
The people you evaluate, their reviews, quick logs, goals, criteria sets, signatures, and your settings are stored locally in the app's on-device database. This information is never uploaded to us or to any third party by the app.
AI features
AI features are optional. When you choose to run an AI action (for example, writing a review or generating criteria), only the specific text you submit for that action is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Nothing else, including other records or identifiers, is sent unless you include it in that text. This processing is handled by Anthropic under its own terms and privacy policy, available at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy. The app is fully functional offline without using AI.
No tracking
The app includes no analytics or advertising software and creates no profile of you. We do not track your activity across apps or websites.
In-app purchases
Optional Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all payment details. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Security
Data is stored on your device and protected by your device's encryption. You can also lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
Your control over your data
You own your data. Within the app you can export a full backup at any time, export individual reports, and erase all of your data. Deleting the app from your device also removes the data stored by the app.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for managers and other adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
