How to get to the Institut d’Optique by public transport from central Paris
Take RER B direction “Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuses” or “Massy-Palaiseau” (south-bound) to Massy-Palaiseau station.
At Massy-Palaiseau, take exit in front of train at follow signs to “gare routière Atlantis-Sud”, then (down the stairs) to “bus 91-06” or “91-10”.
Take 91-06 or 91-10 to bus stop “Place Marguerite Perey”. The Institut d’optique is behind you, on the other side of the crossroads. Seen from the “Place Marguerite Perey” bus stop, it looks like that on the image on a rainy day.
How to get into the RER B line from Paris airports
Roissy Airport: RER B station at the Airport (ticket price to Massy-Palaiseau €14.7)
Orly Airport: Take the “Orlyval” automatic metro to RER B Antony station (ticket price €11.30)

From anywhere in Paris to RER B Massy-Palaiseau station: €4.15
Bus tickets: €2.15 (available from vending machine on top of RER stairs at Massy-Palaiseau station or in any station)
You can purchase single RER and/or bus tickets from vending machines at train/metro stations. Alternatively, you can purchase from the same vending machines a “passe Navigo easy”, then upload one or several metro/RER/bus tickets onto the card. The card will cost you an extra €2.
How to get to the boat for the river cruise on the Seine - Boarding 7PM-7:15PM
Address: Port de Solférino, quai Anatole France (in front of the Musée d’Orsay). RER C station “Musée d’Orsay” or Metro line 12 station Solférino (see map).
To get to the boat from the Institute: go to Massy-Palaiseau, take any RER B to Paris and stop at Saint-Michel station. Change to RER C (directions Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and any train on this platform).
