EUROPEAN CONGRESS FOR METAPHYSICS

Attendance at the Congress is free, however attendees must register in advance HERE.

This conference will include keynote presentations from Esa Díaz-León, Jonathan Schaffer, and Barbara Vetter, as well as the recipient of the European Congress for Metaphysics Essay Prize, and a line-up of many other speakers selected from a competitive call-for-abstracts. 

The program committee comprises Giacomo Andreoletti, Boris Demarest, Fabrice Correia, Esa Díaz-León, Jani Hakkarainen, Mario Hubert, Max Kistler, Øystein Linnebo, Anna-Sofia Maurin, Alyssa Ney, Asya Passinsky, Jonathan Schaffer, René van Woudenberg, and David Yates.

The cooperation partners for the 2026 European Congress for Metaphysics are the Center for Advanced Studies LMU and the Lehrstuhl für Metaphysik (Chair of Metaphysics) at Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich.
