Eunil Park is assistant professor and founding director of Data eXperience Laboratory in the Department of Interaction Science at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). Before joining SKKU, he worked at Hanyang University, KICT, University Jaume-I, SKKU and Applied Surface Technology Inc. He received his Ph.D. in engineering (innovation and technology management) from KAIST, M.Sc. in interaction science, and B.Sc. in electrical and computer engineering from SKKU. He is also associate editor of Behaviour & Information Technology.

His research interests generally lie in data science, social informatics, user experience, human-computer interaction, and information systems. Please visit my Google scholar page or publication section for the more details.

  • [Nov. 2018] Prof. Park is selected as one of the recipients of the Best Research Prize in the 2018 Annual Conference of the Korean Corporation Management Association.
  • [Sep. 2018] Prof. Park moves to the Department of Interaction Science, Sungkyunkwan University.
  • [Aug. 2018] The extended abstract paper, led by Prof. Han, Jinyoung and Jiwon, on conversation mining has been accepted to ACM CSCW 2018.
  • [July 2018] Prof. Park has been appointed as an associate editor of IEEE Access, one of the SCI-E journals.
  • [May 2018] Prof. Park has been appointed as an associate editor of Behaviour & Information Technology (BIT), a premier SSCI journal for the study of HCI and UX.
