Build strong strategic relationships with group product managers, group engineering managers, product managers & owners, and product UX practitioners to drive cohesive experiences across product families.
Translate research insights into functional needs and experience recommendations to accelerate discussions and decisions early in the product development process.
Conduct design thinking workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to creatively address complex processes, applications, impediments, and user journeys spanning multiple products.
Validate and design experience concepts that are aligned with standard user experience frameworks to ensure quality and consistency.
Champion UX education, up-skilling, and customer-centric mindset transformation across the entire strategic business areas of responsibility.

Using research methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered research to understand user needs and pain points.
Collaborating with UX design team to translate end user needs to wireframes, PoC and Prototypes.
Leading discussions and presentations with stakeholders from various business functions on key learning, concepts that can solve end user problems What It Takes.
Conducting user research methods including focus groups, user interviews, direct observation sessions, eye-tracking, ethnographic research, contextual inquiries, etc.
Defining Information Architecture by using tools such as card sorting, content strategy, reverse card sorting or other proven content structures for web and mobile experiences

Employing a variety of methodologies including usability studies, contextual inquiry, task analysis, heuristic evaluation, surveys, scenarios, personas, and other proper qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Organizing technology needs for various types of users and testing environments.
Identifying the best research method, research questions, timeline, and resourcing.
Working on multiple projects and consistently delivered work on deadline.
Traveling to off-site locations and facilitated validation sessions such as one-on-one moderated tests and focus groups to obtain user preferences and feedback.
Presenting feedback and recommendations to stakeholders with the appropriate business and user experience framework.
