Research experience

  • Protein expression: SARS-CoV-1/2 S, virus-like particle (VP1), nanobodies, ACE2, IgM, enzymes, disordered proteins and pseudoviruses.

  • Biomolecule purification: Affinity chromatography (His, GST and MBP), ion-exchange chromatography, and gel filtration.

  • Biomolecule modification: Sortase A transpeptidation, click chemistry, BirA biotinylation, and chemical conjugations.

  • Biomolecule analysis: Binding kinetics, dynamic light scattering, and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry analysis.

  • Microscopy: STED (Abberior), Confocal (Airyscan LSM 980; Nikon A1, C1), Expansion microscopy and TEM (FEI T20).

  • Cell culture: HeLa cells, HEK 293 variants, Expi 293F, A549, Pichia pastoris, Pseudomonas putida and Escherichia coli.

  • Cell analysis: Flow cytometry, stable cell line sorting, cell fixing and immunostaining, and live-cell imaging.

  • Software proficiency: PyMol ®, Fiji ®, FlowJo ® Statistica®, Design Expert ®, BioRender ®, and Microsoft Office.
