The syllabus at Beth Medrash Ets Haim will develop gradually, and our recording of the entire Guemara in English will take some time.
The current project is the Mishnah Project; work will only proceed on the Guemara Survey once the Mishnah Project is completed.

However, we are also fortunate that the Moreshet Sepharad (Rabbi Dr Faur) offers a number of shingurimon a variety of topics, including the traditional Sephardic approach to Talmud study.
Daitz's short treatise "The Study of the Talmud in Spain" is a good introduction in English to the academic side of this subject.
