The conference participants have an opportunity to order dinner on the 16th of October and lunch on the 17th and 18th of October 2019. Catering, refreshments and the conference reception are included in the conference fee.
There is a possibility to have meat or vegetarian meals as well as a meal depending on your diet needs (lactose-free, gluten-free etc.).

Single (42 €) and double (38 €) rooms (shared by two participants) are available. All rooms are situated directly in the Smolenice Castle. The conference participants are supposed to pay for their accommodation at the Congress Centre SAS, Smolenice. (There is a cash office directly at the Castle.)
Some foreign participants stay in Slovakia until Saturday (19th October 2019). We can book extra accommodation for them in Trnava and provide transfer from Smolenice to Trnava on Friday.

The conference fee includes all catering costs, refreshments and the conference reception. Proof of payment will be required. The fee should be paid by the 31th August 2019.
In the case you need an invoice, please complete all detailed data required in the accommodation and boarding order form (including business ID, tax ID, VAT ID). Our accounting department will draw up the invoice, which is supposed to be paid. The invoice for foreign participants cannot be made out during/after the Conference.

The village of Smolenice is located 50 km from Bratislava / 20 km from Trnava.
Parking place for participants arriving by car is provided in the area of the Smolenice Castle.
In the case of participants arriving from abroad, we will arrange the transfer from bus/train stations (Bratislava, Trnava, Smolenice) or airports (Bratislava, Vienna) to the Congress Centre of the SAS in Smolenice.
