Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ethnook!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers wishing to exchange, or return the item within 30 days for a refund, will pay return shipping charges. Once we receive the original item(s), any applicable charges will be adjusted accordingly.

If there should be an unforseen issue with the jewelry you have purchased we will also repair the item or replace it with a similar item within the 30 days. Due to the fact that each piece is unique, exact replacement of jewelry items is not possible. Once the item is received and the issue is resolved, charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Note: All polymer components are handmade, in the USA, and not machine crafted. Due to this, there may be small variations in the handmade finished polymer pieces purchased.
