Reflection

Thank you, David, for your feedback on Assignment 1, which has led me to explore new directions for the company. Innovation is a challenging journey, and after much research and inspiration from Nathan's group on Immersive Experiences, I believe VR/AR is the perfect new direction for it. It could be the foundation of our Lab-On-The-Go 2.0 (LOTG) concept. As I designed the website, I realized the strength lies in the clear plan and vision I have for utilizing the desired investment, demonstrating my passion and dedication to the cause.

However, I also recognized some weaknesses in the pitch. I need to better articulate why our electronics VR lab stands out, focusing on the defined problem and market opportunity. Adding revenue projections and concrete numbers would make the pitch more compelling to potential investors. Upon reflection, I understand that launching a VR Electronics Lab may require more time and effort than initially proposed, particularly in addressing the cost of hardware to make it more accessible for the educational market. Therefore, I believe focusing on lowering hardware costs and kickstarting the educational market may be more beneficial and meaningful in the long run.
