Wind Operational Analysis

In this module, the student will get a short introduction to wind turbine operating data and then have the opportunity to analyze a data set of an array of 15 turbines. The goal of this is to give students an opportunity to work with realistic data in an open ended assignment to assess the performance of the individual turbines and the array as a whole. The output of the analysis should be an assessment of whether the operation is going well or poorly and what follow up questions or recommendations are suggested. The key output will be an assessment of if there is a problem to be solved and a clear and crisp statement of that problem.
