Acute Illness or Medical Conditions

Fever
Recent surgeries (especially foot, leg, or back)
Blood clots or deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Severe heart conditions
Severe or uncontrolled diabetes
Active infections in the foot (e.g., athlete’s foot, cellulitis)
Recent chemotherapy or radiation
Foot or Skin Conditions
Open wounds, sores, or ulcers
Recent fractures, sprains, or injuries
Severe swelling or inflammation
Fungal infections or warts on the feet
Pregnancy Cautions
First trimester of pregnancy (precautionary)
High-risk pregnancies (always consult with a healthcare provider first)
History of miscarriage or complications
Medication & Medical Advice
Taking blood thinners (risk of bruising or bleeding)
