Save your poster as a PDF file (size no larger than 10 MB)
Upload the poster (PDF file) using this google form on or before the 25th of Jan, 2024.
You will receive an email from the organizing committee (essence.symposium@gmail.com) letting you know if your poster has been accepted for exhibition. You should receive this email on or before the 28th of Jan, 2024.
You can complete your registration as soon as you turn in your poster if you plan to attend the symposium, irrespective of the organizing committee's decision on whether your poster should be selected for exhibition. If you plan to attend the symposium only if you get a chance to exhibit your poster, we recommend you wait until you receive a formal email informing you that your poster has been accepted.
Complete your registration and pay the registration fee.
It is your responsibility to print and display your poster. We (the organizing committee) will provide display boards, clips, tapes, etc.
It is recommended that posters be displayed throughout the symposium (9 AM to 4.30 PM on the 2nd and 3rd of February, 2024).
You'll need to be present near your poster at the time of poster session, if you have chosen to compete in the poster competition.
You'll need to remove the poster from the display board at the end of the symposium.
