What is Eco-Anxiety?
Eco-Anxiety is the fear of current and future harm caused by anthropogenic climate change. In contrast to general, individual anxiety, eco-anxiety is a shared experience. Because of our shared guilt in creating the climate crisis, and shared experience of the impacts, the treatment of eco-anxiety is unique.
We are bringing the Concordia community together to address this anxiety and redirect our energy towards sustainable and environmental justice-focused action.
