Hello Everyone! My name is Sanjith Sambath, I'm from Rochester Hills, Michigan, and am a current sophomore at the International Academy Okma. I have always loved essay writing, the ability to make your words flow onto paper, and the satisfaction that comes with persuading or informing your readers. I have participated in numerous essay writing contests, even in my community, and placed in many. I won 1st in the 2021 NSF Essay contest, 1st in the 2020 and 3rd in the 2019 Balbharati Essay Contests, been the 2-time winner of the district-wide Martin Luther King Essay Competition, and secured 5th in the Key2Finesse 2020 Essay Writing Competition. I have also placed second in the Oracle Optimist club speech and essay competition as well as been a semifinalist in my school's newspaper Op-Ed contest. Aside from this, I also have a love for teaching, and I would greatly enjoy the opportunity to teach and help others reach the same love of writing as I have.
