Born to loving parents, Daryl Friedman was actually pretty lucky, especially considering she was trans. Having parents who accept that when you're that young is like winning the lottery. Unfortunately, having that much luck, it ran out pretty quickly. At eight years old Daryl was getting taken to a costume party in late October, driving down the freeway when dad slammed on the breaks. Not soon enough. A truck carrying metal poles crashed in front of them, and the poles flew back into the family's car. Mom and dad died. A few days later on All Saint's Day, Daryl died, too. For her, it wasn't the spears of metal or the traumatic force of her little body snapping forward. It was Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
It's ten years since then, and she's been with Grandmother ever since. And what a life it's been. Sometimes Sabrina can remember her parents, but she doesn't really miss them. They moved on, and she's glad for that. Grandmother has been stirring as of late, growing restless, the bond between the two growing so strong over the years that she's beginning to Remember. Now the pull of Fortune has lead her to Pittsburgh.
Sabrina is an occult freelancer. She solves problems that don't have mundane solutions. She's worked with all sorts of things that go bump in the night, and enforces her own, often contradictory, idea of Life and Death. She does what needs to be done to make things right. She's driven by strong morals, a sense of justice, and a tenacity that can't be matched, all wrapped up in a calm, lackadaisical exterior.

The Lover's Lips (Deathmask) ◉◉◉
In life, The Lonely Courtesan was just that. She wanted to be loved, but no one could give her that. She thought one man did love her, and he even gave her a beautiful scarf. But she wanted more than just to be the other woman, and so he killed her. In Death, the Courtesan sought to inflame the passions of those she thought needed it, whether they wanted it or not. Sabrina put an end to her misguided ways.
Take the scarf, still warm as the rage her beau felt that day, and fold it in half, so all that can be seen of that Turin-esque stain is the imprint of lips. While you wear it round your own throat, no one will think anything is wrong, no matter what you look like. No one will notice the blood on your hands.

This world is hard on queers and poets alike, and queer poets especially. When Allen Harold's parents found him with a bottle of dad's booze in one hand and mom's sleeping pills in the other, they were distraught. Everyone asked "How could this happen?" even though they already knew the answer.
After the ceremony, Sabrina broke open the coffin and and got down their in the grave, straddling the corpse, and giving Ally his last rites and ending them with a somber kiss on the forehead. Then she unceremoniously ripped the lining out of the casket and sewed it into a blouse that always seems to smell a little like
Conveniently, it can also stop a bullet or two. Armor 1/3. There are actually three of them, total. Sabrina was utterly shameless in her graverobbing.

Manic States ◉
Sabrina doesn't simply carry around a broom just because it goes with the outfit. She needs a walking stick because of the gnarled flesh that makes up her right calf. But calling upon the Underworld, she can spend a Willpower to ignore that injury (and the Leg Wrack Tilt) for a scene. She can also throw around one die on a roll in that scene, giving that roll +1 and the 8-Again quality.
Unfortunately, the crash comes hard. She loses 10-Again until she can get a Dramatic Failure or Exceptional Success.

Grandmother has been with Sabrina for ten years now, and she's taught what she knows. How to mix this and that, what the bans of ghosts and even stranger things besides are.
Retribution ◉◉◉
Sabrina is a spirit of vengeance. When she's aware of injustice, whatever that means, she can dish it right back out.
Sabrina tracks like an animal, getting +2 in pursuit of vengeance, and to her speed. Whenever she's dishing out damage to the wrongdoer, instead of +2 dice, going All-Out adds 1 Damage.
On top of that, when dealing Retribution, she gets 2/0 armor and the 8-Again quality on the rolls.
Dad's Keys (Murder Weapon)
Sabrina is over her death, really. It doesn't bother her how senseless it was. Or how she was so young and lost everything and had to start over and spent two years in foster care and no one loved her but a creepy dead witch and everyone thought she was crazy for talking to herself and it's not a big deal so just drop it, okay? But she sometimes holds onto her dad's car keys. Two keys, one to a Subaru, one to a house, attached to a little clear plastic case with a smear of dried blood over the photo of a mom and a dad and a happy little eight year old, taken in a photo booth. On the back is a tiny poster advertising Salem, from the trip that made Daryl want to be a witch in the first place on that fateful night. She olds onto those keys and thinks about who she is.
Hannah Cohen (Inherited Anchor)
"Grandmother" isn't just what Sabrina calls The Wicked Witch. She really was, at one time, a mother and then a Grandmother. And then a Great Grandmother, and so on. Down the line her family stayed in Germany for centuries and then something happened to the Jews in that part of the world and they fled to England in the 30s. And then to New York. And now Sabrina has followed both intuition and material leads to Pennsylvania, where Hannah Cohen now lives, unaware that there's a homeless occultist with the spirit of her very great Grandmother along for the ride. Not that Sabrina can bring herself to actually tell Hannah. She's used to being turned away and called crazy, but for some reason the idea of getting that kind of treatment from Hannah makes her sick, and it's hard to stand up if she imagines it too long. So for now Sabrina's sticking to the sensible thing: Stalking
