Lexia English Language Development is a fun, computer-based program for Multilingual Learners in grades K-6. The activities in Lexia English support students’ English language development through conversations with the program’s many characters, with a focus on Speaking, Listening, and Grammar. Note: The resources on this site are purchased with federal Title III funds allocated to APS. Per federal law, these resources may be issued and used solely for identified English Learners. These resources are maintained in accordance with federal guidelines each year by the Office of Multilingual Programs + Services. These resources will be issued to the ESOL teacher who must ensure use only with identified English Learners. Title III is still governed by supplement, not supplant guidelines; thus ESOL teachers must inform the district if any of these resources are purchased by the local school for use with students.
